Wine & Appetizers will be tray passed during silent auction: Red and white wine will be tray passed alongside appetizers (bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, a phyllo cup of sweetness and more) during the silent auction. For dinner your plated meal will be either boneless beef short ribs simmered in red wine, salmon stuffed with smoked gouda and shrimp or a creamy seasonal risotto. All meals will also include rolls, garden salad, sautéed green beans and sweet peppers and caramelized sweet Walla Walla onion mashed potatoes.
